Captcha not working

Hi, I just installed the script and set the permissions. However after the pop up the captcha image doesn't show. I inspected the error and it said permission denied line 33.
I have tried all the permissions I could and nothing works. Can anyone tell me what it should be?

You do not need to install captcha script separately. Do you please give your site url where you install the script?
