Error in DHTML contact form

Hello, I recently download DHTML popup contact version-1. After installation, when I type verification image code and submit the form it’s saying wrong verification code. After trying few times I send my message successfully.

Hello, now I'm more specific about the source of error. Anybody can see it at your demo page. Please open your demo page. Refresh (Reload) that page again. Now try to send message. You can see the effect.
